Social Responsibility
We owe a huge part of our successful strides to the immediate and extended communities where we operate. So we continuously ensure that these communities feel the impact of our existence in a positive and progressive manner.
Through the years of our existence, we have collaborated with local communities, state and national institutions to develop infrastructures and support interventions in healthcare, sports and education.
In partnership with community leaders, we routinely monitor and identify socio-economic needs in communities which we can meet to drive development for our hosts.
So far, we have firmly supported health and education infrastructures in Ogara, Delta State – the host community for our depot operations. Over the past 3 years, we have been the headline sponsor of the National Handball league in Nigeria, a commitment to the development of talents for the international stage. We also sponsored interventions for governments, communities and and industry workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Education Infrastructure Support
In 2018, Prudent Energy financed the construction of a block of six classrooms with offices and convenience at Oghareki Grammar School, located in one of our host communities in Delta State where we have our multi-purpose storage facility.
Prudent Energy Handball League
We recognize the role of sports in socio-economic development, and its impact on society and young people in particular. This is why over the last five years since 2015 we have been the headline sponsor of the National Handball league now the Prudent Energy Handball league
COVID-19 Support for Ogun State
A few weeks into the lock down put in place by the governments at state and federal levels, we initiated and supported a series of interventions designed to support communities with food supplies, protective gear; and governments with medical equipment to aid institutional response to the COVID-19 outbreak specifically in Delta and Ogun States.
